Must be able to interact with Doctor’s very well. Get out on the floor with Case Managers, not in the office. Thick skinned person. Understand the business impact of decisions they make and recommend alternatives when necessary. Handle length of stay.

RN is fine. Self starter, not afraid to get hands dirty. Hard worker willing to go the extreme mile.
